Refund Policy

In light of our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Once you've submitted an order, our dedicated team immediately begin preparation process. Consequently, we cannot accommodate order modifications. This includes product changes, refunds, shipping methods, addresses, or cancellations after the order has been placed.



We encourage our valued customers to initiate return requests within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a store credit. Please note that any return request received outside of this specific time frame will not be considered. To qualify for a store credit, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition (in a resellable state) as it was when it left our facility. This means that the product cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any manner. The original ties must also remain intact, as you received them.
